All international orders are shipped via DHL / FedEx / PosLaju. We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days from the time you place your order for all Peninsular Malaysia & Singapore addresses and approximately 5-11 working days for international addresses.
(It is also depends on current situation such as MCO, the delivery process may be delay)
Postage costs for international delivery orders vary. Any charges for duties, taxes and custom fees must be borne by you. We cannot assume any delivery risk and responsibility on import clearance, duties and charges for international orders.
These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be.
You must ensure, all the information given on your order is correct and you will be available to accept delivery at the delivery address on the delivery date as agreed between us. If you are not available the item will be returned to sender (RTS) and re-delivery is required, second delivery will be charged.
