Refund Policy

We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website we are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers within fourteen (14) working days upon received. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original product packaging (if available). 

This policy is only applicable on full-priced item(s) purchased on our site. If the item requested is not available in stock, you may either cancel the request or exchange with another item of the same value. 

We aim to process all returns within three (3) calendar days of receiving your order back. Whilst it may be sooner, please allow up to five (5) calendar days during sale periods. Get your full refund when you return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.

Below are some of the products that are not eligible for the fourteen (14) days free return and refund policy:

  • Products that are purchased with discounts.
  • Delivery boxes, gift box and packaging materials.

Customers are advised to email us first at aleia.resources@gmail.com with your order id and product details before returning the product. 

 

Any products returned must adhere to our return policy. Return due to damage from shipping will not be accepted and we reserved the right to refuse or return it back if the item that we received are in unsuitable condition. 

Please note that shipping for return/exchange of product will be at your own expense and we will not be liable for any loss or damage during delivery.

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return / refund.

Exchanging an item for an incorrect item is free of charge, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and adherence to our returns policy. To exchange your item, follow the below steps ensuring you request an exchange and specify which colour you require.

Once the original item is received, it will be processed in adherence with our return policy, the exchange order will be shipped and you will receive confirmation of the same.

As we are unable to exchange any item for an alternative design or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item. Please also note that any items purchased can be booked for an exchange for only once. Any unwanted items received by exchange will need to be returned for a refund. 

The same policy applies worldwide and the refund will be given via credit card. For defective products, we will reimburse the courier fee as well.

Please note that credit refunds may take up to 14 working days from the start of the return process at our headquarters to appear in your account depending on your card issuer and you will receive an e-mail notification. 

Kindly be informed that walk-in return/ pickup are available upon request. You may arrange a free pick-up at our store by emailing us at aleia.resources@gmail.com
